Private Vocational School; offering apprenticeship for specialists in the hotel business (skilled employees; certified by German Chamber of Industry and Commerce)

Apprenticeship:

Three years full time according to award-winning German "dual system" apprenticeship framework.

Theory Classes:

On-site at Akademie Berlin Schmöckwitz’s private Vocational School compound (state-regulated curriculum).

Compulsory training: Subject-specific theory, German, foreign languages, basics in economics.

Additionally, we offer extended foreign language classes, excellent student-teacher ratios, state-of-the-art equipment, long-experienced teachers and trainers, highly application-related training methods and up-to-date information.

Practical Training:

At well-known, renowned top Hotels in and around Berlin (according to German state-regulated apprenticeship framework)

Certificate:

Internationally recognized German professional diploma certifying attainment and completion of an apprenticeship in Germany (by German chamber of Industry and Commerce). This is a stable and serious base for building a future career in the Hotel business.

Prerequisite for attainment:

Final secondary school examinations; fair command of German language (min: B1; classes and training in German).

Fees:

Tuition fees apply; additionally extra costs for education material and excursion.

Financing:

Partner companies pay apprenticeship allowances (state-regulated).

Publicly funded financial assistance possibilities for housing, travel and professional clothing available in Germany.
